Unconscious Bias Part 2 with Anton Blank. This session will focus on the tools we can use to mitigate our bias and racism. Anton explores the concept of intersectionality, helping us understand what happens when racism intersects with other issues like gender, sexuality and neuro-diversity. The Karangahape Identity Project is a cultural mapping project developed to capture a meaningful account of the identity of Karangahape Road. One that accounts for the rich ecology, and its parts and people. One that is consistent with and sympathetic to the values of the community. And one that delivers outcomes that are practical and add value to the future endeavours of the Karangahape Road Business Association, it’s membership, the Auckland Council and its CCO’s, and the people of K’ Rd.
